We had the best first hair cut experience with Ms Kristina. I cannot say enough good things about this place and our hair dresser. We will be back with our other for her first hair cut experience. The entire staff was very welcoming and caring. From the front desk to the other stylists, the entire atmosphere was pleasant and positive. Thank you so much for welcoming us!

EDIT: I appreciated the follow up and willingness to fix my son's hair after an unpleasant appointment on Monday. They seem genuinely committed to trying to make things better. Original Review: I'm really disappointed and should have heeded the reviews. My son just got an AWFUL haircut with Ms. Kathy, who clearly did not want to be there today (and neither did the other two people working). Ms. Kathy is not good with kids - and my kid cooperates with haircuts and did fine with her less than stellar attitude, but if you have a nervous kid - it would have been an even bigger debacle.
